Pieter has been practicing since 1996 as Structural Engineering Consultant. He is registered with the Engineering Council of South Africa (ECSA), National Home Builders Registration Council (NHBRC) and is a member of the South African Institution of Civil Engineering (SAICE). Continued professional development ensures that he stays in touch with the latest trends in his industry. Pieter is also fully covered by Professional Indemnity Insurance.

Based on Pieter's qualification, registration with ECSA and SAICE and his expertise, he qualifies as 'Competent Person' in terms of Regulation A19 of the National Building Regulations.
